The Ladies of Refined
Taste will be in residence at the Bigelow Tavern in the morning and
afternoon of Saturday the 7th and Sunday the 8th of June, where we will take pleasure in the
company of our friends and acquaintances.
At the June 6–8 West Boylston event, the "Ladies of Refined Taste" will most graciously offer tea service and genteel entertainments at the Tavern of Mr Bigelow. We invite the public to visit with us and engage in polite conversation. We welcome all reenactresses to join us for tea and delicacies; you will be be warmly received in camp clothes or finery. Should officers and other gentlemen care to join us and perhaps regale us with tales of their recent adventures, they would be most welcome. Saturday, June 7, 2008
10am-3pm The Ladies will be holding a "Hive" Sewing Bee Bring a project with you, perhaps something you need help with or something you are stuck on, or that project you just need to make progress on. Taking a break from sewing? Just come and visit! Sunday, June 8, 2008 10am -12pm On behalf our our event Hosts The Regiment de Saintonge, you are invited to a morning Levee at the Bigelow Tavern.
